Industries we serve

Monvell works with service businesses across health and wellness, legal and financial, home services, real estate and property, beauty and personal care, automotive, and hospitality and events. Each industry has its own buying habits, rules and rhythms, and we build around them.

Every kind of service business

Find your industry.

Each page starts with what matters most in that line of work, from compliance and privacy to capacity and trust, and how our systems support it.

Health and Wellness

Monvell builds the marketing, intake, reminders and reporting that health and wellness practices run on, and designs every piece around patient privacy and HIPAA. Forms, texts, emails and review replies follow rules your practice approves, on tools that support a business associate agreement where patient data is involved.

Legal and Financial

Monvell builds the marketing, intake, client communication and reporting systems that legal and financial firms run on, including law firms, accounting and tax firms, insurance agencies, advisors and mortgage lenders. Compliance comes first in this group, so we build every system to send only approved content, capture and store consent, control who sees client data and keep a record of each step.

Home Services

Monvell builds the marketing, response, scheduling and follow-up systems home services companies run on, from the first urgent call to the renewed service plan. The most important thing we protect is speed with trust: a fast answer from a company the customer can see is licensed, insured and safe to let into the home.

Real Estate and Property

Monvell builds real estate and property marketing, lead response, client communication and reporting systems for brokerages, property managers, inspectors and rental operators. The concern we design around first is Fair Housing: every ad, reply and screening step runs from your approved process, the same way for every person, with a record of what was sent.

Beauty and Personal Care

Monvell builds the marketing, booking, client communication and reporting systems that beauty and personal care businesses run on, so chairs, rooms and classes stay full and clients rebook. The most important concern is protecting booked time: deposits, no-show policies, signed consent and waivers, and licensing records that work the same way for every client.

Automotive

Monvell builds the marketing, communication and operations systems automotive service businesses use to win trust, get work approved in writing and keep bays and trucks productive. For repair shops, body shops, detailers and towing companies, the most important concern is documented customer authorization and clear updates, because disputes, complaints and lost repeat business start where communication breaks down.

Hospitality and Events

Monvell builds the marketing, inquiry, quoting, booking and reporting systems that hospitality and event businesses run on. The most important thing we protect is the date: accurate availability, clear holds and a deposit and contract that lock it in before someone else takes it.

Professional Services

Monvell builds the marketing, proposal follow-up, client onboarding and reporting systems professional services firms grow on. The first priority is the long, trust-based sales cycle: every qualified opportunity gets a dated next step, buyers can find proof of your expertise, and your team can see delivery capacity before it commits to new work.

Education and Childcare

Monvell builds the marketing, enrollment and parent communication systems that childcare centers, tutoring companies and enrichment schools run on. Parent trust and child safety come first in this industry, so every system is built around your licensing requirements, consent records and the way you protect children's information.

Pet Services

Monvell builds the pet business marketing, booking and client communication systems that veterinary clinics, groomers, boarding facilities and trainers run on. In pet care the first concern is each animal's health and safety, so we build around vaccination records, signed waivers, capacity limits and clear communication with owners.

Don't see your industry?

Most of our work applies to any business that sells its time, skill or expertise, including consulting, coaching, education, agencies and other professional services. The diagnosis is the same: how customers find you, how they are answered and how the work runs.

How it applies

One playbook, adapted to each industry.

A dental practice, a law firm and a landscaping company all need to be discovered, answer inquiries and deliver the work well. How they do it is different. Patients book around insurance and recall schedules. Legal clients call at stressful moments. Landscaping customers arrive in a spring rush.

Pick your industry to see the challenges we see most often and how each of our solutions applies.

If the form collects health information for a HIPAA covered entity, the form provider handles protected health information and should sign a business associate agreement. A general contact form can avoid the issue by not asking for health details. Your privacy officer decides which approach fits.

It depends on the profession. Lawyers follow their state bar's advertising and solicitation rules, investment advisers follow the SEC Marketing Rule, broker-dealers follow FINRA Rule 2210, insurance agents follow state insurance department rules, and mortgage ads follow Regulation Z and fair lending laws. The TCPA applies to marketing texts and automated calls across all of them.

Start with a complete Google Business Profile, steady reviews, clear service and area pages and fast response to every inquiry. Paid search and Local Services Ads add volume once the response side is ready to handle it.

It prohibits making, printing or publishing any notice, statement or ad about the sale or rental of a dwelling that indicates a preference, limitation or discrimination based on a protected class. Many states and cities add classes beyond the federal list. Your broker or counsel should review ad language and templates.

The most reliable mix is a clear cancellation policy accepted at booking, a deposit or card on file, and reminders sent a few days and a few hours before the visit. A waitlist that fills cancelled slots recovers much of what is still lost.

It depends on the state. California requires a written estimate and recorded authorization before most repairs, and Florida requires a written estimate for most repairs over a set amount unless the customer waives it in writing. Check your state's consumer protection or repair agency for the exact rule.
