Mobile access to your business platform for the whole team

The short answer

Monvell sets up mobile access to your platform so every team member can see their schedule, customer records, tasks and messages from a phone. Your team can answer customers, update records and check the day's appointments wherever the work happens, without waiting to get back to a desk.

At a glance
  • Mobile app setup for every team member
  • Role-based mobile views
  • Business number calling and texting from the app
  • Photo, file and note capture to records

Why mobile access matters for service teams

A lot of service work happens away from a desk: in treatment rooms, at client sites, at events, on the road between appointments or at a showing. If the platform only works well on a computer, updates wait until the end of the day and customers wait for answers.

Mobile access closes that gap. A team member can see the next appointment's notes, reply to a customer, snap a photo for the record or mark a task done in the moment.

What we set up

We configure the mobile experience for what each role actually does on a phone.

  • The platform's mobile app installed and signed in for each team member
  • Simplified mobile views for schedules, records and tasks
  • Notifications for new messages, bookings and assignments
  • Texting and calling customers from the business number, not personal phones
  • Photo and file capture straight to the customer record
  • Quick-update actions for status changes and notes
  • Security settings for lost or shared devices

Keeping business conversations on business systems

When staff text customers from their personal phones, those conversations disappear when the person leaves. Routing calls and texts through the platform's app keeps every conversation on the customer record and lets the business number stay consistent.

We also set sensible notification rules so phones alert people to what needs action, not to every change in the system.

What does a good mobile setup look like day to day?

A team member opens the app and sees today's schedule with addresses, rooms or meeting links attached. Tapping an appointment shows the customer's history, notes and anything they submitted in advance. After the visit, they add a note or photo, mark the work complete and move to the next one. If a customer texts, the message arrives in the app on the business number and the reply is saved on the record.

Getting there takes some setup. We decide which fields each role needs on a small screen, hide the rest, and test the common tasks on the phones your team actually carries. We also check how the app behaves with a weak signal, since many visits happen in buildings or areas where coverage drops, and set expectations for what syncs later.

Signs it is time to fix this

Team members text customers from personal phones.
Notes and photos are added to records hours after the appointment, or never.
People call the office to ask for the next customer's details.
Updates pile up until someone gets back to a computer.

Questions

Mobile access for the whole team: common questions.

All questions

They can use personal or company phones. The app keeps business calls, texts and records separate from personal ones either way.

We set up sign-in and device settings so access can be removed from the platform without touching the phone, and no customer data is stored only on the device.

Most platforms include a mobile app with each user seat. We confirm what your platform includes during the diagnosis, before anything is set up.
